Stewart R: Big week and LOADS of promising stuff in the delivery! This is a full-fat All-New Marvel NOW! week with Black Widow #9, Punisher #9, She-Hulk #7, Moon Knight #6 and Iron Fist: The Living Weapon #5 all getting a release into my eager hands. That's a crazy amount of titles that all got unleashed in staggered waves ending up with a shipping date together and it does make me go all 'conspiracy theorist' and wonder if Marvel are purposefully bundling them at the same time to keep them in something of a quarantined pocket - much like Mark Waid's Daredevil has retained an isolated feel - allowing them all to remain relatively unaffected by their plans for next year's potential big 'changes' to the wider universe. Time will tell on that one. I'm looking forward to Spread #2 from Justin Jordan as the first issue had a very bleak and blood-tinged horror feeling to it and it'll be interesting to see how he expands upon that fine start. I'll also be giving Imperial #1, by Man of Action writer, Steven T. Seagle and artist Mark Dos Santos a try as the premise sounds intriguing. With unremarkable Mark just weeks away from his wedding day to the true love of his life, the world's protector, Imperial, decides that Mark is the one person on the entire planet to replace him when he retires and should Mark accept then it's goodbye married life and his one true love! Sounds promising and Seagle is the one Man of Action guy whose comics I've never read so I'm interested to see what he can do.
